The role ensures compliance with local regulations and ISO standards, drives continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance, and maintains alignment between the integrated management system and operational needs. The position also supports the Health and Safety Manager in managing certifications, HSE reporting, and documentation. /ppbr/ppbMain Responsibilities /b /ppEnvironment /pulliEnsure compliance with environmental regulations and manage related documentation. /liliMonitor environmental KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives. /liliSupport internal and external audits and maintain ISO 14001 certification. /liliMaintain processes within the integrated management system. /liliEnsure traceability and alignment of management system documentation. /li /ulpHealth and Safety /pulliSupport the Health and Safety Manager in ensuring legal compliance. /liliContribute to risk assessment activities and provide technical advice. /liliCollaborate with contractors to ensure proper implementation of safety requirements during on-site activities. /liliMonitor HS KPIs. /liliParticipate in and follow up on accident and near-miss investigations. /liliMaintain processes within the integrated management system. /liliPromote a strong safety culture and raise awareness. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliMinimum 3 years’ experience in an HSE role. /liliFluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) /liliKnowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. /liliKnowledge of ESG systems. /liliGood knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. /liliGood Excel skills. /liliStrong attention to documentation management. /liliAutoCAD and technical drawing skills are a plus. /li /ulpbr/ppbOther information /b /pulliPosition available in Asolo. /li /ul
