Role and responsibilities 🎯
We are looking for a professional with a strong consulting background to join our team, focusing on pre-sales and bid management activities within SAP projects. This role will be responsible for managing the entire pre-sales lifecycle, working closely with commercial teams to shape high-value proposals and support complex enterprise opportunities.
You will be responsible for the following actitivies:
* Manage the end-to-end pre-sales and bid management process for SAP-related opportunities
* Collaborate closely with sales teams to define winning strategies and develop high-quality proposals
* Coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, functional, commercial) during the proposal phase
* Drive the preparation of commercial and technical offers, ensuring competitiveness and financial sustainability
* Support the development of complex enterprise deals in structured environments
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients during the pre-sales phase
* Contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement of pre-sales processes
* Work on SAP projects, mainly within greenfield contexts
Required Skills 🛹
* Around 10 years of experience in consulting firms
* Proven background in Project Management and pre-sales / bid management
* Experience managing complex, large-scale proposals in enterprise environments
* Involvement in SAP greenfield projects in Finance and/or Logistics,
* Experience within the pharmaceutical industry
* Strong ability to collaborate with both commercial and technical stakeholders
* Results-oriented mindset, with strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
