What are we looking for:
We are seeking a Global Product Experience, Service Portfolio & Pricing Manager .
This role reports to the Global Customer Offering, Pricing, and Revenue Management Associate Director and is part of a new global team focused on evolving Amplifon's offerings and pricing strategies, driving transformational projects that impact and maximize performance.
Main Responsibilities:
* Leading cross-functional project teams to design, deliver, test, and roll out offering projects (e.g., new financing platform, new offering architecture, new services program).
* Understanding market-specific business needs to balance global standardization and local customization.
* Monitoring and coordinating projects, communicating status and risks to stakeholders.
* Gathering and formalizing business requirements in partnership with Marketing and IT teams.
* Managing project risks and ensuring timely go-to-market strategies.
* Sizing revenue impact and monitoring KPIs during pilot and rollout phases.
* Focusing on stakeholder, system integrator, and technological partner needs.
Candidate Profile:
* Project management experience in international transformation projects within consulting or structured companies.
* Experience managing projects related to complex offering services and pricing topics.
* Background in Pricing, Revenue Management, RGM, Product, and Service design or process improvement.
* Excellent data analysis, reporting, and project management skills.
* Data-driven decision-making with strong business sense and commercial awareness.
* Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Passionate, with high ambition for first-class delivery.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with an entrepreneurial attitude.
* Fluency in English.
* Willingness to travel within EMEA.
