JOB PURPOSE:


Perform credit, collection and banks reconciliations, other related finance activities duties.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Responsible for the accounts receivable: handles all aspects of the collection effort for outstanding balances, handles the reminder of payments activities;

• Handle the daily sending process of electronical invoices to customers and PA customers;

• Responsible of the posting of daily cash movements, responsible for bank reconciliations on daily and monthly bases;

• Handle communications with sales agents regarding customers and collections, assists the creation of proforma sales agents invoice, handles the final book of agents fee costs in ERP;

• Assists with the monthly Instrastat communication;

• Assists the predisposition of Riba and RID to customers, wire transfers to suppliers, suppliers riba confirmation etc


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY REQUIRED FOR POSITION:


• Bachelor degree in Economics

• Must be well organized and a self-starter

• Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable

• Proficient in Excel

• Good English Level

• Possess strong organizational and time management skills

• Strong problem solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge

• Ability to interact with customers, sales agents and colleagues at all levels

• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness


Fixed-term contract.
