The selected candidate will support the Central Marketing team in the activities of Insurance and Services through the analysis of key indicators and the relationship with colleagues on the markets. The candidate will support the implementation of marketing intelligence/benchmarking activities and support in building analysis on competitors and market trends to be shared with other FS Departments, Brands and Management.Specifically, the Junior Marketing Specialist will:Support the Central Marketing team in insurance benchmarking and provide analysis on competitors and market trends.Support the monitoring of the main KPIs regarding Insurance and Services commercial performances across EMEA Support the preparation and organization of dedicated Business Review with markets and management Participate to EMEA Marketing Manager meetings and various FS and JV events with BPLS, supporting in the organization and coordination of markets Support the Central Marketing team in building databases with information on insurance products REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration; Strong computerskills in using Windows Office pack (overall Excel, Word, Powerpoint) Strong English and Italian verbal and written skills are required; A third foreignlanguage is considered as a plus
