The Finance, HR & Legal division of Randstad Professional, specialized in the Search and Selection of Middle & Senior management profiles, is looking for a prestigious company in the luxury world for the following: HR Manager Reporting directly to the Operations Director and Commercial Director, the position will be responsible for managing and supervising the following activities: Responsibilities Implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and practices to support business needs, and assist the General Management team in the development and execution of strategic human resources projects. Fix and monitor key indicators related to labor costs, and prepare analyses and reports to support strategic decisions. Manage payroll and administration processing with the financial team and external providers, ensuring compliance with current regulations. Oversee employee development and growth programs with a focus on enhancing skills. Introduce digital tools and innovative methodologies for data management and the optimization of operational workflows in the HR field. Oversee internal communication activities to promote employee engagement, share goals, and foster a sense of belonging. Collaborate with department heads on defining and implementing periodic performance reviews for individuals and teams. Manage recruitment activities, independently handling all phases of the recruiting process to ensure the hiring of candidates who align with company needs. Support the design and delivery of training programs, including induction and mandatory training courses; create manuals and other materials for learning and training employees. Qualifications Master's degree in law, economics, and/or humanities. At least 3 years of experience in an HR Manager role within a structured and organized environment.
