This belief guides the way we work, the design decisions we make, and the relationships we build every day. /p pDesigning human experiences for complex technologies. /p pWe are looking for a skilled bHMI UI Designer /b to join our team and contribute to the design of digital interfaces for complex systems. /p pThis role offers the opportunity to create intuitive, visually consistent solutions while collaborating closely with UX designers and engineers across all stages of the project. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign clear and cohesive 2D user interfaces for HMI systems. /li liDevelop and maintain UI components, layout systems, and visual guidelines that align with UX concepts and technical requirements. /li liProduce high-quality visual assets, interface mockups, and detailed implementation specifications. /li liCollaborate with UX designers to ensure seamless integration between interaction design and visual design. /li liWork with engineers to support accurate implementation of visual solutions. /li liContribute to project documentation and deliverables for industrial partners. /li /ul ul liMaster’s degree in UI Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, or Service Design with a focus on interactive systems, digital interfaces, or user-centered experiences. /li liProven experience designing complex digital interfaces with attention to clarity, usability, and visual quality. /li liProficient in tools such as bFigma /b for prototypes, UI specifications, and visual assets. /li liStrong attention to detail and experience working within structured design systems. /li liComfortable collaborating in multidisciplinary teams, including UX designers and engineers. /li liGood command of written and spoken English. /li /ul pSchedule: Full- time, 40 hours per week. /p pLocation: Turin, on site. /p pWe build technology for people—and that same principle guides how we work together.
