What You Will Work On
* Build and refine financial models in Excel, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, and transaction comparables
* Research industries, markets, and macro trends to support potential transactions
* Help prepare pitch books, investor materials, and strategic presentations
* Assist with client documents such as deal decks and financial summaries
* Analyse company performance using earnings reports, filings, and M&A data
* Support business cases, scenario analysis, and transaction structuring across active and internal projects
