The Company is on a journey to achieve ambitious business growth and leadership objectives in the region, and we need someone who is passionate, proactive, self‑driven and motivated to join a team of open‑minded individuals. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 pAs IT Business Analyst Order to Cash (OTC), you will act as a single point of contact (SPOC) toward all the functions that have a stake in the Order to Cash related processes (sales, supply chain, finance), supporting them in defining their needs, while collaborating with all the different IT technical partners (internal/external) to deliver the most efficient digital solution to the business. /p ul liWork with the Company organizations (or functions) to help them improve their processes and systems with the aim of helping the company solve existing business problems and/or better achieve their goals. /li liBe the first IT point of reference for the Business Units for all processes in its area, in collaboration with the other IT functions, across the entire architecture. Owns the functional OTC/OTD solutioning on SAP landscape. /li liContribute to the design, development, and delivery of new solutions and to enhance the existing ones. /li liConduct monitoring analyses of the Sales processes to identify improvement opportunities. /li liResponsible for collecting and analyzing the Business Requirements and translating them into functional specifications for the development teams. /li liCollect BU requirements and address solutioning phase, guaranteeing the deliverables meet the expectations in terms of functionality. /li liMonitor development activities, act as a facilitator in resolving blocks or problems. Within a project, manage and lead specific tasks or streams by collecting the requirements, identifying phases and elements, monitoring task/stream progress by tracking activity. /li liSupport users in project activities as well as testing new functionalities and enhancements. /li liInteract with Order to Cash and Logistics department from HQ and local markets. /li liInteract with other areas of IT to successfully deliver a range of solutions. /li liInteract with the 3rd parties/suppliers and verify the proposed solutions and check the activities planning and the due dates. /li liParticipate in major incidents analysis and solutioning. /li /ul h3What You Need To Succeed /h3 h3Must have /h3 ul liKnowledge and experience of the main sales and logistics execution process and interaction between areas. /li liKnowledge of the credit management process and functionalities. /li liKnowledge of pricing schema and functionalities. /li liKnowledge of ATP functionalities. /li liKnowledge of the logistics execution process. /li liExperience in a project to implement a vertical system in the active cycle perimeter (Sales order entry, pricing management, reporting…) /li liFunctional experience in SAP SD and LE Modules. /li liApplication experience in project management, preferably in an extended environment (large number of users and companies, articulated and integrated application architecture, multi‑year planning, parallel and interconnected projects). /li /ul pEducation: Bachelor's degree in computer science, economics, or engineering, or equivalent experience. /p pProfessional experience: Significant professional experience (5+ years) in a similar position in multinational companies or in consulting companies; sectors with high industrial complexity, such as with an advanced and articulated information technology environment, are preferred. /p pLanguage: English at least at an intermediate level, both written and spoken. /p h3Soft skills /h3 ul liProblem solving, results orientation. /li liActive listening, clear speech and writing. /li liBuilding strong relationships with business and stakeholders. /li liCommunication skills. /li /ul h3Nice To Have /h3 ul liExperience in integration with an external logistics provider. /li liExperience in integration on EDI project. /li /ul pHaier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
