What will you be working on? /pulligathering and validating data from HR, HR Services, Compensation Benefits, Stock and Global Mobility teams for the payroll calculations /liliperforming a series of payroll controls and analyses including comparison of input data with output data /lilicooperating with the HR Services team on employee payslip queries, legislative updates and country-specific queries /liliexecuting post-payroll activities by reporting to local authorities and finance teams /liliyou will be an owner and fully accountable of the payroll processing cycle for a country or a company depending on size and complexity /lilicomplex payroll queries escalations /lilivendor operations management /lilipoint of contact for stakeholders (Benefits, Compensation, Stock Options, HR Services, Local HR, Recruitment, Accounting, Treasury and others) /li /ulpCan you handle more? /pulliyou can improve our processes in cooperation with the Operational Excellence team /liliyou can develop your career by joining Payroll Academy and many other available trainings /liliyou can use your ideas to run your own projects /li /ulh3Basic Qualifications /h3ulliexperience in Payroll or HR/HRS /liliFluent in English /liliOther foreign language is an advantage (French) /liliAdvanced Excel (pivot tables, vlookup and other formulas) /liligood analytical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to details /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliexperience from working in payroll or closely with payroll department /liliknowledge of personal income tax legislations, labor law /lilifamiliar with SAP, Peoplesoft, Workday, ADP software /liliexperience with process transitions /lilisense of innovation /li /ulpAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
