Basic Qualifications
Speak, write, and read fluently in EnglishSpeak, write, and read fluently in GermanWork flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidaysEnrolled in an MBA/MSc/MEng program or graduated within 2 yearsBetween 5 and 10 years of complex professional experience (excluding internships and work studies) with responsibility for project management and deliveryWillingness to relocate within applied countryStrong analytical and strategic reasoning skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in operational logistics/supply chain, manufacturing, transportation, general management or an engineering roleExperience in team leadershipExperience in performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean methodologiesExperience in strategic planningAdvanced understanding of operational optimization techniques
