As a Controller for the Agro Business division, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our agricultural value chain by ensuring accurate reporting, providing insightful analysis, and driving continuous improvement across our Agro operations.
YOUR TASKS
* Operational Controlling: Oversee key controlling processes in milk powder production
* Plan, forecast, report for agricultural operations and analyze costs, margins, profitability, and sustainability
* Collaborate with Agro Division decision makers
* Strategic Controlling: Prepare and evaluate business cases for new projects, investments, and partnerships, while supporting the development of the Agro strategy
* Business Partnership: Support agricultural experts and Agro Business Management
* Translate data into actionable recommendations and promote a controlling culture
* Controlling Excellence: Enhance controlling tools and methods
* Promote continuous improvement for operational and financial performance
YOUR PROFILE
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
* Experience in Controlling (at least 2-3 years), ideally in agriculture, food, or production sectors
* Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers
* Ability to apply pragmatic and solution-oriented thinking to complex controlling challenges
* Capability to think critically, question assumptions, and explore the “why” behind data and decisions
* Good communication and teamwork abilities
* Experience with Excel, SAP ERP and BI tools is a plus
* Fluent in German, very good knowledge of Italian and English
