Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising in Forte Dei Marmi.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve sales targets by analyzing sales reports and implementing effective strategies.
* Motivate and guide sales advisers to improve individual and collective performance.
* Ensure excellent customer service by resolving complaints and supporting decisions made by sales advisers.
In addition, the Store Manager will be responsible for:
Operations
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
* Ensuring payment procedures are followed and managing inventory effectively.
Visual Merchandising
* Improving and maintaining merchandising guidelines to enhance the store's appearance.
* Working with logistics and marketing teams to ensure the store's assortment is correct.
Human Resources
* Participating in the recruitment, training, and development of staff.
* Evaluating staff performance and providing feedback to improve their skills.
Requirements
* Solid experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager.
* Experience in luxury/fashion retail and visual merchandising.
* Fluency in English.
* Ability to analyze sales reports and react quickly.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Flexibility with regards to working hours (evenings, weekends, and public holidays).
