Role Description
We are looking for a social-first Content Creator based near Vicenza to capture short-form content for Instagram and TikTok. This is not a traditional fashion photography role. We are specifically looking for someone who understands how to translate craftsmanship, founder moments, and product details into engaging vertical social content.
This is a freelance collaboration starting with one shoot day, with the potential for ongoing work if aligned. Location requirement: Must be based within approximately 2 hours of Vicenza and able to travel to and from the factory on the same day.
What You'll Be Creating:
* Instagram Reels and TikTok-style vertical videos (9:16)
* Short-form clips suitable for Stories and posts
* Founder-led moments and behind-the-scenes footage
* Craftsmanship process content (bench work, tools, detailing)
* Product-focused vertical visuals (on hand, on model, or styled simply)
Creative direction will be provided, but you should be confident interpreting it through a social-native lens
We're Looking For Someone Who:
* Creates content specifically for Instagram Reels / TikTok (not just studio photography)
* Understands pacing, hooks, and storytelling in short-form video
* Is comfortable filming organically in a working factory environment
* Can shoot clean vertical content with either a professional camera or high-end smartphone setup
* Delivers organised, platform-ready assets quickly
Experience with premium, design-led, or craftsmanship brands is preferred.
