Profile we are looking for Significant experience in M&A, investment banking, or private equity; or executive leadership(CEO, Managing Director, or Senior Partner) in industry with defined sector expertise. An established professional network in Italy or your specific sector. Demonstrated ability to originate and close mandates. Comfortable operating in cross-border, multi-jurisdictional contexts.
