Ensure timely submission of deliverables. /liliMaintain, optimize and develop operational reporting and support the analyses for monthly performance review. /liliSupport the management team to generate cost reduction ideas, including savings through negotiations, resourcing and technical changes to reach the target. /liliSupport for product costing and inventory valuation. Understand current product costs and drive enhancements to product profitability information. /liliSupport quotation activity and provide profitability and volumes analysis. /liliOversee accounting controls related to inventory and costing. /liliEnsure compliance with relevant Financial Standard Practices (FSPs). /liliSupport capital investment decisions via payback analysis.br/li /ulstrongRequired Education Qualificationsbr/strongulliMinimum of 2 years of experience in controlling in manufacturing accounting environment. /liliStrong background in financial analysis, forecasting, cost accounting and plant bookkeeping. /liliGood understanding of the overall business processes (operations, sales, logistics and business segments). /liliStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and communicate effectively with various levels of the organization and work by objectives with strict deadlines. /liliSolid working knowledge of accounting rules (either IFRS or US GAAP). /liliIT knowledge of international ERP systems (like Microsoft Dynamics, Golden Lake, SAP, etc..) and office pack (Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint). /liliGraduated in economics and business administration /liliProficiency level in English and Italian /liliTravel required 10% to 20%br/li /ulModine is an equal opportunity employer.
