PURPOSE OF POSITION
Export Logistic Coordinator purpose is to provides support and acts as the cross-functional link between commercial, procurement, and manufacturing teams to drive efficient operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
CORE RESPONSIBILITY
Export Support
* Support all related department in completing export matters, including order processing and customer relations.
* Prepare in-land and outbound shipping documentation according to customer's requirement, countries regulations and trade term compliances.
Delivery
* Coordinate and liaise with respective plants (Maccaferri plants in Malaysia and other Countries, external suppliers) on production, loading, delivery schedule and to ensure orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within the timeline.
Regional Initiatives & Reporting
* Extract and analyze data related to stock/production/sales; prepare monthly reports according to business needs.
* Support in managing and reporting inventory.
* Prepare Spend Analysis.
* Support in data preparation, analysis and presentation for regional reporting.
* Prepare Cash Outflow plans.
* Manage Supply Chain Trackers.
REQUIREMENT
* Minimum diploma or degree in Business / Supply Chain / Logistics or related field.
* At least 8-10 years’ working experience in shipping / logistics environments.
* Possess good working knowledge in Incoterms, and experience in Letter of Credit will be an added advantage.
* Experience working with CRM & ERP systems such as SAP.
* Possess strong verbal & written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally and vertically for information.
* Self-motivated, resourceful, mature, and highly initiative to work independently in a pressured environment.
* Good skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
