Accountabilities
* Field Service work focuses on providing technical advice and problem resolution to customers, over the phone and on site, with ticket management.
* Good familiarity with Windows and Linux computers, complex data networks
* Good skills in electronics and electrical engineering with the use of measurement instruments, multimeters and oscilloscopes.
* Contributes to customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation.
* Maintains a good relationship with customers and Living core values of safety and integrity.
* Available to travel on business, work even on holidays and available on call shifts.
