You work in strong connection with the part of the team located in Marcq-en-Baroeul, France. Thanks to preformulation work and analytical approach, you acquire required technical knowledge on the intrinsic characteristics of the ingredients of our portfolio and products in development._ _ You participate to development of concepts, semi-finished and finished products in the field of food supplement and pharma, at lab, and pilot scales, internally and potentially with external partners (technical centers). You manage small batches at laboratory and pilot scale. You participate to the scale up of the processes developed in the laboratory / pilot and the transfer of technology to production sites. Thanks to your knowledge in the field, you develop and execute solid or liquid oral compositions. Also, you develop coatings on these forms especially functional coatings of tablets, capsules and pellets in collaboration with Formulation Scientist You participate on technical support to customers and prospects through Sales, Marketing and Quality departments. You are involved in the Formulation Platform operations in Gnosis facilities in Desio, Italy. You help on operational and safety procedures writing and follow-up, equipment calibrations and maintenance, CAPEX purchase procedure and good management of consumable stocks, You will respect safety procedure and Sanitary Master Plan. Qualifications: - Education: Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology (CTF) or Pharmacy or Food chemistry and Nutraceutical Technology or Nutraceutical Sciences. - Work experience in pharmaceutical formulation or food supplement formulation. - Technical knowledge in the rheological study of powders, granulation and compression studies, knowledge of the main coating techniques of tablets, capsules, pellets and granules. - Knowledge in improving the stability of active ingredients in tablets, capsules, granules and liquid preparations in solution and suspension. First experience in Soft Gel would be appreciated. - Knowledge on the interaction between active ingredients and excipients using traditional methods (DSC, TGA) and innovative methods (NIRS etc.). - Ability to operate with laboratory, pilot and industrial machines.
