Overview
Reporting directly to the WW L&D VP, the mission of the WW L&D Coordinator is to coordinate and facilitate the execution of processes and projects within the L&D Communities of the MBE Group.
Main areas of responsibility
* Educational Content Plan
* to ensure the proper execution of the Educational Content Plan throughout all the channels (online / off-line / in-person)
* to coordinate the LMS yearly plan
* Reporting
* to provide with a complete and accurate analysis of the L&D performances
* Governance
* to support the L&D Community governance
* Engagement
* to contribute to the organization of the main engagement activities
Main tasks
* Project management of the Educational Content Plan, from content definition to go-to-market.
* Definition of the educational content plan according with WW Marketing Dept., WW IT Dept. and the Business and collection of the local needs to be translated into WW projects (courses, and learning path for job families)
* Brief creation for Instructional Designer for each and every project, collecting the information from the different stakeholders, from internal and external Customers, from referral literature and local best practices
* Coordination of the Instructional Designer production, ensuring the consistency with the business priorities, the quality of the learning objects released and the relevance with the stakeholders’ expectations
* Coordination and follow up of the local roll-out of the WW toolbox, ensuring the consistency with the provided content and the respect of the deadlines
* Coordination of LMS
* Definition of the annual animation plan of the e-learning platform, leveraging on gamification
* Coordination of the international L&D teams in order to address the proper local roll out of the plan
* Optimization of content and information within the platform, ensuring the compliance with the WW guidelines
* 3) Consolidation and analysis of the learning performances delivered by L&D teams in the Countries
* Data analysis of the training sessions vs targets (using iLearn, Qlicks and other BI tools)
* Preparation of presentations
* 4) Governance support
* Organization and preparation of the monthly All Team Meeting and the International L&D Meeting
* Communication and engagement of the L&D Community
* Promotion of the L&D Activities at local and global level
* 5) Engagement
* Supporting the organization of Global Conference
* Supporting FITS and follow up
* Experience & Competencies
* At least
* 7-10 years of relevant experience
* in learning and development, covering all the different dimensions : organization and coordination of the training events, design and delivery of training content / sessions, measurement of results and follow up.
* Extensive knowledge of
* LMS platform
* content creation, user management and reporting tools
* Demonstrable experience in
* project management
* events management experience is a plus
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
* Advanced user of MS Office Products (Excel + PowerPoint), Google Suite (gmail, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets) and LMS
* Experience in B2B markets / services / franchise business is an advantage
* Very good knowledge of spoken and written
* English
* Experience in people management
* Organization skills, with a hands-on approach
* Availability to travel (up to 25%)
* This is a 60 : 40 office / home hybrid working role. However, you must be able to commute daily, or as required, to our Milan offices.
