Community ManagerWe are hiring a Community Manager to help grow an international private members club developing community-based real estate in resilient locations around the world for people who value natural health, self-sufficiency, privacy, and greater control over how they live.
This is a front-facing role at the intersection of community, sales support, and customer experience .
You will speak directly with prospective members across Telegram and other channels, answer questions, build trust, follow up consistently, and guide people from first contact to the next step. You will also speak with interested customers on the phone, explain how the business works, handle early-stage questions, and book qualified prospects into sales calls.

Organisation is critical. You must be able to keep conversations structured, stay on top of follow-ups, and ensure no serious lead is missed.

Experience in community management, customer support, sales, appointment setting, or lead nurturing is a strong advantage.
Just as important, alignment matters deeply. A genuine interest in freedom, natural health, privacy, and alternative living is critical, as this role requires speaking to an audience that cares strongly about these ideas.
