What you will do:
* Supported by your company tutor and team, you will assist in the following activities:
* Develop the Staff Plan, ensuring the correct staffing needs for each department;
* Create employee schedules to meet business objectives and enhance customer experience;
* Collaborate in creating files and reports to monitor KPIs related to staffing;
* Support managers in monitoring leave and permissions across teams;
* Work with recruitment and administration teams for resource management;
* Assist the People & Culture Manager, department managers, and co-workers in implementing plans;
* Ensure effective onboarding processes for new co-workers;
* Organize events and parties.
