This is a strategic role for a trusted advisor with strong consulting expertise and a proven track record in digital transformation, CRM initiatives, and data-driven commercial programmes within life sciences.The ideal candidate will combine consulting acumen with account management capabilities, acting as a bridge between client stakeholders and delivery teams. Experience in sales or business development is highly desirable, enabling you to identify and shape new opportunities in line with the client's growth strategy.This role is considered critical to the success of ongoing transformation initiatives and long-term client partnerships.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAccount & Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for key clients in Pharma, Biotech and MedTech.Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision makers.Drive client satisfaction through proactive engagement and value creation.Develop account growth strategies aligned with client objectives and business priorities.Project & Delivery ManagementCoordinate multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution.Identify and mitigate risks to maintain delivery quality and client confidence.Support pre-sales activities including proposal development and solution scoping.Contribute to commercial discussions and pricing models where required.Consulting & Domain ExpertiseProvide advisory expertise in digital transformation, CRM, and commercial excellence.Translate complex business challenges into actionable transformation programmes.Contribute to thought leadership and industry-specific propositions.Support data and AI-driven initiatives aimed at improving customer engagement.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE3–5 years of experience in consulting or account management within life sciences.Proven involvement in digital transformation or CRM programmes in Pharma or MedTech.Strong understanding of commercial excellence, customer engagement and data-driven strategies.Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder networks.Sales or business development experience is highly advantageous.Fluency in Italian (native or equivalent level).Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.DESIRABLE BACKGROUNDExperience within a consulting firm serving the pharmaceutical sector.Exposure to data & AI initiatives in commercial or customer engagement contexts.Account management or client-facing advisory roles.Knowledge of pre-sales documentation and proposal development.WHAT WE OFFERFreelance engagement with opportunity for permanent hire.Hybrid working model.Strategic role with significant client impact.Collaboration with leading experts in digital transformation and AI.Competitive day rate aligned with experience.Interested? xrtlpzc Contact to learn more about this fantastic opportunity!
