Zeeco Italy is searching for a talented Project Engineer, based in our new office, located in Cinisello Balsamo (MI).The position will require knowledge of all Zeeco products, with a focus on Power Boilers division products and relevant technical requirements.The Project Engineer –Power Boilers will be responsible for all aspects of assigned jobs to assure high quality products are delivered on time, within the assigned budget and satisfying the customer requirements. Duties include coordinating with the various internal and external disciplines, develop and maintain the procurement and manufacturing schedule, technical and commercial bid evaluations process with sub vendors, monitoring the assigned budget and handling technical and commercial correspondence as required.Responsabilities

Review Purchase Order and confirm scope of supply based on customer specifications and sales quotation.Confirms equipment selection and design and perform / coordinate required disciplinesCoordinates drafting activities to makes sure all required drawings are completed on time.Reviews customer mark-ups, clarify the comments and instructs drafting as to disposition.Ensure the costs will be within the assigned budget and manage any change with the customer and the suppliers.Maintains delivery schedule based on Customer requirements and Zeeco workloads, including coordination of drafting, purchasing, manufacturing and quality control.Pre-order materials as required for meeting delivery. xlwpduy Coordinate and provide information to the Quality Control Department for customer / job specificationsCoordinates all required technical and commercial correspondence related to the job. This includes all internal communications and all correspondence with the Customer, end user, sales reps, and/or outside consultantsCoordinates written advise and commercial resolution with Customer concerning any change to the scope of supplyNotifies Accounts Department when billings are to be sentPerform other related duties as assigned. Requirements
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Energy, Electrical, Chemical, etc.) and relevant experience in a manufacturing environmentResults driven and commitment to performA passion for Engineering and BusinessMust be fluent in English and in Italian
