Implement policies, procedures, practices, and strategy to deliver comprehensive Training programs for internal employees and external customers across the Endovascular portfolio — Vessel Closure (VC), Peripheral (SES, BES, DRS, Balloons, GW, Plugs, OAS) and Carotid — while monitoring education pathways for HCP stakeholders and new hired employees. The role also encompasses supporting the development of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), ensuring physician certification, and facilitating the opening of new accounts through direct training and clinical activities in the CathLab.
Key Responsibilities :
Training & Education Delivery
- Achieve local training goals
- Provide a superior Education experience to external customers on strategic therapeutic areas and products
- Implement internal training programs with clear objectives and tracking
- Define KPIs to measure the internal and external impact of Educational activities
- Ensure compliance in performing training activities as required by the training procedure
Account Development & Clinical Support
- Support the development and expansion of key accounts in the VC and Peripheral portfolio
- Support the opening of new accounts through the certification process in the CathLab
- Be the technical reference point for top KOLs
- Maintain a professional and credible image with key physicians, consultants, and co‑workers
- Ensure compliance in reporting product experiences according to AV requirements
Strategic & Cross‑Functional Contributions
- Proactively suggest new ideas and projects to strengthen our Value Proposition on strategic platforms
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to align strategic messaging
- Regularly communicate with leadership regarding lessons learned, clinical studies and marketing materials
- Proactively support company goals, objectives, policies and procedures
Performance Monitoring & Team Dynamics
- Conduct systematic monthly tracking of program performance
- Actively work to promote team building and morale within the department
Education Required
3 - 5 years of experience in a clinical support, sales, marketing or training role.
Skills and experience
- Thorough working knowledge of the medical device industry is required.
- Ability to travel extensively
- Clinical expertise in areas of Cardiovascular disease (preferably Endovascular)
- Fluency in English
- Project planning

- Ability to interface with customers and key opinion leaders.

Preferred Location
The position should preferably be based in Rome or Milan, to ensure alignment with internal stakeholders and facilitate coordination of training activities across the territory.
