Overview We are seeking a Health & Safety Specialist to join our HR department, reporting functionally to the Group Health & Safety Manager at InPost. This role involves coordinating and managing health and safety activities within our warehouses, working closely with the Health & Safety consultant. Responsibilities include managing visits, training courses, meetings, and compiling necessary documents for health and safety plans. The role also entails creating and maintaining accurate reports related to all field activities. Key responsibilities: Coordinate and manage health & safety activities at workplaces and warehouses Collaborate with the Health & Safety consultant to ensure regulatory compliance Organize medical visits, training, safety meetings, PPE distribution, and monitor deadlines Collect and archive documents for health & safety plans Regularly review and update safety procedures Conduct internal audits to verify compliance Provide support and guidance to staff on health & safety issues Create, monitor, and update reports on field activities Assist in maintenance management of warehouse assets (e.g., fire safety systems) Support environmental management activities, including waste supervision Requirements to succeed: Degree in Engineering, Prevention Techniques, or related fields (preferred) At least 3 years of experience as a Health & Safety Specialist, with expertise in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety audits Thorough knowledge of Legislative Decree 81/2008 and related regulations Excellent command of written and spoken English Willingness to travel within Northern Italy (monthly) Own car and valid driver’s license Based in Milan, available to work in the office 3 days a week Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Nice to have: Experience in the logistics sector Certifications in health and safety at work Knowledge of French What we offer: Excellent work-life balance Opportunities for career growth and development Supportive, collaborative environment Participation in an innovative and rapidly expanding company J-18808-Ljbffr
