Role Overview
AI-generated content is flooding the internet, and buyers are getting better at tuning it out. In B2B, clear positioning and strong storytelling matter more than ever.
We’re looking for a Content Strategist who can own how Syllotips shows up in the market across channels, formats, and audiences. This is a role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, moves comfortably across formats, and is ready to take real ownership.
Working closely with the Growth & Marketing team, you will define what success looks like, track performance, and continuously refine the approach. You will own the content strategy end to end, from narrative and editorial planning to execution and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Syllotips’ content strategy across narrative, positioning, and editorial planning
- Manage content for the company page, executive profiles, and newsletter
- Create case studies that turn customer wins into pipeline
- Support the preparation of events and webinars
- Write commentary on external reports in ways that reinforce our category narrative
- Coordinate technical white papers with the tech team
- Help produce research-backed content assets
- Contribute actively to Growth & Marketing team calls with ideas, strategic input, and recommendations
- Own content KPIs, track performance, and adjust direction with the Growth & Marketing team
Required Experience and Skills
- B2B content experience: you understand how buyers think, not just how to write
- Executive ghostwriting ability: you can write in someone else’s voice and make it resonate
- Fluent Italian, and English at C1 level or above: you can produce high-quality content fluently in both languages
- Comfort with ambiguity: early-stage environments require structure, judgment, and initiative
- Ability to zoom out to strategy and zoom in to execution, sometimes in the same day
- Confidence in owning outcomes across cross-functional conversations
Plus
- Design skills, including AI-powered creative tools
- Experience in AI, SaaS, or adjacent technology sectors
- Familiarity with content analytics and CRM tools
Interview Process
- Discovery Interview (30 min): conversation about your background and past content experience
- Portfolio Review & Case Study (45 min): walkthrough of previous work plus a short content challenge
- Behavioral Interview (45 min): based on Syllotips’ core tenets, using the STAR method
What We Offer
- Compensation: Starting from €2,500/month for a 25+ hours/week engagement, depending on experience and scope
- Engagement type: Freelance / contractor
- Time commitment: Minimum 25 hours per week
- Collaboration: Regular participation in Growth & Marketing team calls and strategic planning sessions
- Location: Fully remote
