Our Need
To meet the growing demand, we are seeking to strengthen our Technical Office by hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer for our headquarters in San Valentino Torio (SA).
Role and Responsibilities
* Serve as the Technical Leader for projects, overseeing the execution of designs based on client requirements.
* Analyze client requirements and conduct feasibility studies to identify optimal technological and functional solutions, considering manufacturability, installation, and adherence to timelines.
* Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings for machinery projects.
* Maintain continuous communication with the production department to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and optimize designs based on feedback.
* Collaborate directly with the sales management to provide technical support for quoting and business development activities.
Required Skills
* Proficiency in mechanical drawing.
* Professional knowledge of SolidWorks.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D.
* Understanding of key manufacturing technologies such as laser cutting, welding, bending, turning, and milling.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
* Knowledge of dairy processing technologies.
* Familiarity with structural calculation tools.
