With exposure to the entire retail business, you will work to optimize sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and growth. /p h3Main activities /h3 ul lipWorks on strategically identified, cutting-edge data science use cases that cover the entire sales journey. /p /li lipUse of advanced analytics methods to extract insights from business data. /p /li lipPerforms analysis and builds data-driven models to answer business questions and needs. /p /li lipCreate hypotheses and experiments to identify hidden relationships to direct new Sales strategies. /p /li lipDevelops visualizations and presentations to influence key stakeholders in implementing key recommendations from data science initiatives. /p /li lipDevelops machine learning models with the aim to facilitate Sales processes. /p /li lipCollaborate with other team members across Marketing/CRM, IT, Reporting Analytics to build shared data products, dashboards and advanced analysis. /p /li /ul h3What you’ll need /h3 ul lipDegree in quantitative fields like Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, Computing and Engineering. /p /li lip4–5 years of experience in data science projects, preferably covering digital, customer or retail data science with experience in time series forecasting, optimization and classical machine learning problems. /p /li lipPrevious exposure to large language models or data governance/quality tools and techniques is considered a plus. /p /li lipAble to manage and coordinate the work of external resources, helping in the development of models and analysis. /p /li lipOpen minded to change and always seek to improve your way of working, knowledge and attitude. /p /li lipA self-starter approach with the confidence to look beyond the "here and now" for the "what could be". /p /li lipHave a strong inclination to data analysis combined with same attention to business impacts. /p /li lipExcellent knowledge of Office package, with advanced expertise in Excel (pivot, macro, statistics formulas). /p /li lipProficient with SQL, Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. /p /li lipWorking knowledge of code versioning and testing. /p /li lipNice to have: knowledge of PowerBI, SSRS, Dataiku and GCP tools for data science. /p /li lipFluent in English. /p /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
