Overview As soon as possible we are looking for dedicated Country Acquisition Managers for new Franchise Partner (Real Estate Agents, Property Managers and Entrepreneurs) for our Real Estate Franchise Business Real Estate Matching – Real Estate Matching24 in more than 115 countries. Responsibilities Approach and acquire potential Franchise Partners, with partial support from leads and contacts from the franchise headquarter. Maintain holistic responsibility for the recruitment process. As an Acquisition Manager, negotiate, seek out, finalize and organize Franchise Partners and the associated Agreements. Develop and execute a country-wide strategy to acquire Franchise Partners. Onboard new Franchise Partners in cooperation with the franchise headquarter. Provide monthly reporting to the franchise headquarter. Compensation and Work Arrangement The position is initially rewarded on a performance-related basis and can become a permanent position (with a good fixed salary and additional performance-related bonus) with the appropriate number of Franchise Partners. In the initial phase, activities take place from the home office with travel as necessary. A high level of commitment with an agile approach is expected. Monthly reporting and exchanges with the franchise headquarter continue. Profile – Required Skills At least 10 years of professional experience, preferably in a similar position. Vocational training or studying. Good English. Desirable experience in Marketing, Human Resources, Acquisition, Recruitment, Real Estate Sector. Ability to communicate effectively with the target group and a strong interest in continuous development of personal knowledge and process optimization. Agile mindset. Strong interpersonal relationships and analytical thinking. Professionals in this position need strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills in their work sourcing Franchise Partners. With growth in the number of Franchise Partners, the role may expand to include a Country Manager overseeing Franchise Partners, organizing meetings, networking, marketing support, and training.
