Your Impact
\n
Own and drive end-to-end operational performance for strategic clients
\n
Act as the key connector between operations, customer service, and leadership teams
\n
Lead performance management, using KPIs and data to continuously improve service delivery
\n
Adherence to the agreed SLAs with the client.
\n
Solve complex operational challenges and manage critical client escalations
\n
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and quality
\n
Support workforce and resource planning to ensure operational continuity
\n
Promote standardization and best practices across teams and sites
\n
What You Bring
\n
Strong background (min. 3 years) in contract logistics or supply chain operations
\n
Proven experience in managing performance and KPIs
\n
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
\n

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will work closely with operations leadership, warehouse, service, and continuous improvement teams

You will act as a key operational integrator, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and execution
