What you will do This role involves defining and leading the implementation of IT operational processes and procedures related to management and security, integrating them into a compliance management program to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and standards. Responsibilities include conducting audits, risk assessments, designing compliance solutions, and training staff, in collaboration with departments like Internal Audit and Internal Controls. Key responsibilities include: Identifying and assessing compliance risks within IT systems and processes Developing and applying an IT compliance framework to ensure policy adherence Monitoring, reporting, and ensuring prompt responses to audit requests Addressing compliance issues and implementing remedial actions Leading IT assessments and documenting controls Updating policies according to legal and industry changes Training employees on compliance topics Facilitating communication among stakeholders Collaborating with the CISO on security and data privacy, including GDPR compliance Managing compliance projects and vendor relationships What you need to succeed Must have Education: Degree in Engineering, IT, Management, Economics, or related field Experience: 3-4 years in a similar role within multinational or consulting firms, preferably in complex industrial environments Skills & Qualifications: Knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOX, ISO 27001 Experience with Segregation of Duties, especially in SAP environments Experience with IT compliance frameworks for SAP, Salesforce, and Data Analytics solutions Understanding of IT security principles Languages: English at least Intermediate level, written and spoken Soft Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Project management abilities Haier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
