ICT Budget Manager
This role involves managing IT budgets, with a focus on cost planning, monitoring, and procurement processes.
* Budget Control:
* Collaboration with Product Owners and local CIOs for the definition, monitoring, and forecasting of IT budgets.
* Preparation and presentation of budgets to stakeholders.
* Monitoring of deviations and implementation of corrective actions.
* Quarterly Forecast Management
* Monthly Actual reporting and variance analysis
* Contract Management:
* Coordination with Procurement and Legal for the management of ICT contracts.
* Preparation of renewal plans and control of contract archiving.
* Management of escalations to ensure timely contract signing.
* Management of the contract expiration schedule
* Investment Management:
* Management of authorization requests for ICT investments.
* Management of Supplier, Project, and Material master data.
* Coordination of the issuance of purchase orders
* Invoice Management:
* Management of annual and monthly IT allocations.
* Authorization of invoice payments and management of reminders.
* Intercompany Management:
* Support in the definition of calculation models
* Preparation of inputs for management control for the calculation of Intercompany costs and related invoices
* Resource Allocation:
* Planning of internal resources and identification of critical issues.
* Project Management:
* coordination of an external resource in charge of the Regional Project Portfolio Management (Demand Mgmt, Monitoring, Reporting)
