A passionate and skilled developer to join as a Technical Co-Founder. You should have :
Skills and Qualifications :
Technical Expertise :
* Strong back-end development experience with frameworks like Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
* Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for scalable deployment.
* Skilled in database management (SQL, NoSQL).
AI and Machine Learning :
* Experience in creating or training AI models, particularly using ChatGPT APIs.
* Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
* Ability to integrate AI into web applications to enhance user experience.
Product Development :
* Proven experience in building and launching web or mobile applications.
* Understanding of UI / UX principles to ensure a user-friendly design.
* Ability to work in an agile development environment.
Leadership and Collaboration :
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical team members.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
* Experience mentoring or leading a development team is a plus.
Education and Experience :
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
* Previous experience in the EdTech industry is a plus, but not required.

* Lead the development of the RiseNex platform from concept to launch.
* Implement and optimize AI-driven simulations to enhance user experience.
* Collaborate closely with the founding team to shape the product vision and strategy.
* Be responsible for the platform’s architecture, ensuring it’s robust, scalable, and secure.
