Technical Service Engineer Aircraft Structure
* Evaluate and provide engineering solutions for structural damages discovered during maintenance, including preparation of repair instructions in line with OEM manuals or approved engineering data.
* Review and implement structural-related Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and other regulatory or manufacturer-issued documents.
* Prepare and manage structural modification packages including engineering drawings, compliance checklists, and installation procedures.
* Provide day-to-day engineering support to base and line maintenance teams for structural issues, including troubleshooting and deviation assessments.
* Conduct structural assessments during aircraft phase-in/phase-out, lease return or delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
* Perform root cause analysis for structural defects and discrepancies, generate technical reports, and initiate corrective/preventive measures.
* Coordinate with OEMs, Part 21 organizations, CAMO, and regulatory authorities for approval of repairs and modifications.
Job Requirements:
* Minimum Polytechnic Background, Aeronautical Engineering. MRO Environment, possibly with the previous experience
* Have minimum 5 years in Aircraft Structural and Mechanical Engineering (Working in a Part-145 Environment is a Plus)
* Advance Aircraft Structural Damage Assessment, Modification, and Repair Schemes; Advance Aircraft Maintenance Standards and Regulations(e.g., DGCA, FAA, or equivalent)
* Strong understanding of aircraft structures, materials, and repair techniques
* Familiarity with MRO operationsand aircraft documentation systems
* Good knowledge of the English language– minimum B1 level or above
* Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team
