PpWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced bCluster Food Beverage Manager /bfor a new luxury hospitality group in North Sardinia. /p pThe role will be responsible for driving profitability, ensuring operational excellence enhancing guest satisfaction, and developing new projects aligned with the company’s brand positioning. /p pbReporting to the CEO, /b the Cluster FB Manager will work closely with the Executive Chef, Pastry Chef, and operational teams to deliver outstanding culinary experiences while maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cost control. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3OPERATIONS /h3 ul liBuild and develop a multibrand project which will include b3 restaurants /b, b2 bars, a pastry laboratory and a shop, catering business, banqueting, in-room dining services /b maintaining high levels of quality, creativity, and service excellence. /li liOversee and coordinate all bFood Beverage operations /b across the company’s properties in Sardinia, driving profitable performance. Collaborate closely with theb Executive Chef and Pastry Chef /b to develop and implement innovative culinary concepts, seasonal menus, and signature dining experiences that reflect the identity of the properties and the local Sardinian culture. /li liWork with the Sales Marketing team to develop bFB promotions, events, and destination dining experiences /b that strengthen the positioning of the properties within the local and international markets. /li liIdentify opportunities to introduce bnew concepts, partnerships, and culinary projects /b that enhance the overall FB offering and strengthen the brand identity. /li liEstablish and maintain bstandard operating procedures (SOPs) /b for all FB outlets to guarantee operational efficiency across the portfolio. /li liEnsure full compliance with bhealth, safety, hygiene, food safety regulations /b, as well as company standards and local legislation. /li liMonitor bguest satisfaction /b through feedback, reviews, and internal quality audits, implementing corrective actions when necessary to continuously enhance the guest experience. /li /ul h3FINANCIAL /h3 ul liDevelop and manage bannual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans /b for all FB operations across the properties. /li liMonitor and analyse key financial metrics including brevenue performance, cost of goods, payroll costs, and operating expenses /b, ensuring targets and profitability goals are achieved. /li liImplement effective bcost control strategies /b while maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. /li liAnalyze sales performance and market trends to identify brevenue growth opportunities /b across all FB outlets. /li liOptimize bpricing strategies, menu engineering, and product mix /b to maximize profitability and revenue per outlet. /li liWork closely with the CEO and Finance teams to ensure accurate bfinancial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis /b. /li liNegotiate and manage relationships with bsuppliers and vendors /b, ensuring competitive pricing, product quality, and cost efficiency. /li /ul h3PEOPLE LEADERSHIP /h3 ul liProvide strategic leadership and operational guidance to boutlet managers and service teams /b across all properties. /li liFoster a culture of bexcellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement /b within the FB teams. /li liSupport recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of FB staff in order to build bhigh-performing teams /b. /li liMentor and coach outlet managers to strengthen their bleadership and operational capabilities /b. /li liEnsure effective bcommunication and collaboration /b between culinary, service, and operational teams across the portfolio. /li liPromote a bguest-centric culture /b, encouraging teams to deliver personalized and memorable dining experiences. /li liIdentify and develop bfuture leaders within the organization /b, supporting internal talent development and career progression. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul libBachelor’s degree /b in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. A bMaster’s degree or specialized certification in Hospitality Management or Food Beverage Management /b will be considered a plus. /li liTen years experience in a bFood Beverage leadership role /b, ideally within luxury hotels, resorts, or boutique hospitality groups. /li libSolid experience and strong business knowledge of the Costa Smeralda /b hospitality market. /li liPrevious experience in bmulti-outlet or multi-property environments /b will be considered a strong advantage. /li liStrong operational knowledge of brestaurant, bar, banqueting, and event operations /b. /li liDemonstrated ability to bdrive profitability, optimize revenues, and control operational costs /b while maintaining high service standards. /li liStrong bleadership, team management, and people development skills /b. /li liExcellent borganizational, analytical, and financial management capabilities /b. /li liPassion for bgastronomy, local ingredients, and innovative dining concepts /b, with sensitivity to Mediterranean and Sardinian culinary traditions. /li liExcellent bcommunication and interpersonal skills /b, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. /li liFluency in bItalian and English /b is required; additional languages are considered a plus. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
