Are you obsessed with Snapchat trends, creator growth, and performance analytics?
Our client, an Influencer Marketing Agency, is searching for a creative, data-driven Snapchat Strategist to manage and scale the Snapchat presence of top creators across lifestyle, entertainment, and influencer niches.
In this role, you will manage, upload, and optimize content for 3 to 10 creators (scaling up as you gain experience). You’ll be responsible for executing high-volume daily story posting, analyzing performance, and driving continuous growth on one of the fastest-moving social platforms.
Full-time work during 9 am to 5 pm CST.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage, upload, and optimize Snapchat content for 3–10 creators, with workload increasing as you grow into the role.
* Post 60–100 Snapchat stories daily across creator accounts (approx. 1 hour of daily posting).
* Build and execute tailored Snapchat content & growth strategies for each creator.
* Own daily publishing schedules, story sequencing, retention optimization, and channel analytics.
* Track insights (views, retention, shares, screenshots) and take action to improve results.
* Monitor revenue, monetization metrics, ad performance, and deliver weekly performance reports.
* Stay up to date with Snapchat algorithm updates, trends, and new feature opportunities.
What We’re Looking:
* For 1 + years of social media strategy experience, ideally in influencer or creator management.
* Deep understanding of Snapchat audiences, discovery algorithms, story formats, and analytics.
* Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
* Ability to juggle multiple creators, each with unique brand voices and goals.
* Skilled with analytics dashboards, link tracking, and monetization tools.
* High daily screen time on TikTok or Instagram is a plus, we want someone who lives and breathes creator culture, trends, memes, and platform behavior.
* Able to work quickly, efficiently, and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
