Overview
The Area Sales Representative is responsible to achieve sales objectives by implementing the Company's commercial strategy, ensuring the promotion of the Company's image and full customer satisfaction. Create long-term value by developing organizational solutions that combine customer satisfaction with business goals.
Key Accountabilities
* Ensure the achievement of sales targets set by the Company
* Maintain the current active customer portfolio
* Expand the customer portfolio by promoting the Company’s image and its products
* Ensure constant and high customer satisfaction
* In synergy with the tender office and with the support of Marketing, define the most suitable commercial proposal to present to the customer
* Provide information for preparing the sales budget for its Area
* Promote scientific days / events to strengthen the Company's image
* Conduct analysis and mapping of competitors
* Gather market needs data to improve product positioning and penetration
* Organize demonstrations for customers with the support of Sales Specialists or Marketing
* Provide the Area Manager with all relevant information to define offers and / or strategies for the customer portfolio
* Update CRM with customer data and tools (e.g. V. Prompter) dedicated to sales activities
Networking / Key relationships
* Internal: Tender Office - Offers and Contracts - Sales Specialist - Technical Assistance - Credit Management Office - Customer Service Office - Marketing Lines - Q.A / R.A.
* External: Opinion Leaders - Customers - Clinicians - Procurement Managers
Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Engineering or related discipline (e.g. Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, etc.)
Experience :
* At least 2 years of experience in Sales or Application Specialist position within an IVD Company working in an international context;
* Regulations and management of tenders
* Knowledge of Market / Customers / Area / Competitors
* Knowledge of company organization (roles, processes, etc.)

* Basic Marketing knowledge
