Salary: £26,000-£28,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00-18:00

We are a growing company about to open up our first international depot in America. We are looking for someone to join the team to help with our Salesforce deployments. There is a real opportunity to get to know not just our business and help it grow but one of the most used technologies in the world. Some of it is boring admin work that needs doing but some of it is genuinely interesting problem solving and diagnostics and there will be a very real chance to progress down a variety of routes within the ecosystem.
You will be working with both the IT and Sales director to help make the process of tracking, quoting and processing orders for customers as slick and quick as possible.
The ideal candidate will be someone that is proficient in using a computer and can communicate clearly. You will need to understand how to take a process and help to make the digital system and data work within that process as well as have a keen eye for detail.
You should be willing to learn new skills and be flexible in your approach to new challenges. Prior Salesforce knowledge is an advantage but not required as full training will be given.
* Strong general computer skills and confidence working with digital systems
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail, particularly when working with data
* Ability to understand business processes and help translate them into effective system workflows
* A logical, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to investigate issues and find solutions
* Ability to work collaboratively with IT, Sales, and other stakeholders
* A proactive and flexible approach to learning new tools and technologies
Desirable (but not essential):
* Previous experience using CRM systems
* Any prior exposure to Salesforce or similar platforms
* Basic understanding of data management or reporting
