We are looking for a full-time Supply Chain Consultant to join our RELEX family in Milan or Venice.
You’ll join the Value Development team, which is expanding alongside our increasing project delivery.
What does it mean to work in the Value Development Team?
As a member of the Value Development team, you will be responsible for maximizing value for our existing customers. You will work as a dedicated consultant for specific accounts, producing value development roadmaps in collaboration with our customers and guiding and supporting them in value-bringing activities. Additionally, you will collaborate with our partners to enable them to prime and co-prime value development.
Key Responsibilities
* Value Development:
o Assist in creating and implementing value development roadmaps with customers.
o Support measurable value delivery for existing customers.
o Guide on optimal value propositions for customers in collaboration with other departments.
o Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact regarding business logic.
o Build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.
o Communicate regularly with customers on progress and updates.
* Solution Development:
o Implement development, testing, and training of customers on solutions.
o Gather user requirements and propose solutions.
o Propose new RELEX business processes, modules, or solutions to enhance usage.
o Develop Statements of Work (SOW) including business cases, proposals, impacts, risks, scope, resources, deliverables, and fees.
* Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
o Work with partners to deliver value development services.
o Contribute to ACT programs and KPI assessments.
o Support customer KPI reviews and improvements.
o Align with your Team Lead on activity progress and new initiatives.
What you’ll bring to the table:
* Studies and background in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Supply Chain.
* Experience with Forecasting & Replenishment or Retail Planning tools, or in supply chain fields.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills.
* Strong analytical thinking for solving complex problems and increasing customer value.
* Good time management, self-driven, flexible, and independent personality.
* High energy, positive mindset, humble confidence.
* Strong teamwork skills.
* Fluency in Italian and English.
