We are seeking a Junior HR Referent to join our team at our Mangia's Sardinia Resort - Marriott Brand, located in Santa Teresa di Gallura, Sardinia. The selected candidate will serve as a key liaison between the Head Office and the assigned hotel property, overseeing all administrative matters related to employee management.

Responsibilities:

Manage employment contracts and administrative procedures related to hiring, termination, and changes in employment status

Monitor attendance using the Zucchetti HR management software
-
Support the recruitment process

Handle employee sick leave and workplace injury procedures
-
Manage disciplinary actions involving staff
-
Collaborate with Heads of Department (HODs) for shift planning and scheduling

Organize and manage mandatory training related to workplace safety
-
Coordinate occupational health surveillance activities
-
Implement internal communication projects and lead initiatives focused on employee engagement and organizational culture
Requirements:

Degree in Economics, Law, or Social/Human Sciences

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR administration within Italian companies, preferably in the hospitality sector

In-depth knowledge of the Tourism National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Turismo – Confcommercio)

Good command of English

Excellent proficiency in Zucchetti software

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
