As Production Planning Supervisor will directly manage the Assembly Lines Planning team and be responsible for ensuring that production plans align with the Master Scheduler's plan, both in terms of quantitative output and adherence to deadlines, and collaborate with team to develop production plans in line with the strategy set by the Lead Scheduler. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate and mentor the planners who report to you, ensuring their tasks are synchronized with the overall production schedule. /li liAssume accountability for following the Master Scheduler's plan, ensuring that deliverables and timelines are consistently achieved. /li liServe as the main point of contact for various partners, including other departments, PMO, Production, and Technical Office, ensuring clear and effective communication across all reports. /li liSupervise and ensure production is positioned to meet delivery punctuality requirements, with a strong focus on important clients and significant projects. /li liActively coordinate and expedite activities related to key customers and projects, playing a proactive role in resolving potential bottlenecks or delays. /li liParticipate in capacity planning meetings (Capacity Meetings) to align production capabilities with demand. /li liAttend project priority meetings (Project Meetings) where customer priorities and project scheduling are discussed and aligned. /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 pYou are an accountable person with a strategic attitude, comfortable in handling sophisticated scenarios, with excellent communication skills and able to build constructive relationships with your partners. /p h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum 7 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment. /li liStrong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work successfully with multiple partners. /li liExcellent organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and quality standards. /li liShowed proactive approach in a dynamic environment, effectively leading priorities and advancing issues as vital. /li liProficiency in both English and Italian is required. /li liExperience with production scheduling tools and MS Office suite. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liProven experience in team supervision and production scheduling. /li liExperience with SAP or Oracle are highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage. /li /ul h3Our Offer to You /h3 pAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
