For a pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a PLANT HR BUSINESS PARTNER who will oversee the implementation of regional and local HR initiatives and projects for manufacturing and commercial sites.
Reporting directly to the Italian HR Director and dotted line to the Plant Manager, the role acts as the first-level advisor for employee relations on specific issues such as recruitment, training & development, and HR administration.
KEY ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Performance & Talent Management
* Coordinate the Performance Management process (procedures, templates, timelines, etc.)
* Support managers in talent management and addressing poor performers
1. Recruiting & Training
* Gather organizational recruitment needs and manage the entire recruitment process
* Draft employment contracts and negotiate offers with candidates
* Assist managers in analyzing training needs and organizing training sessions
2. Rewarding & Recognition
* Coordinate salary benchmarking and review processes
3. Employee Relations and HR Operations
* Maintain up-to-date HR data and generate key HR metrics reports
* Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, payslips, and contracts
* Support managers in performance management, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
* Manage relationships with Trade Unions
REQUIREMENTS
* University Degree in HR or related qualification
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in multinational companies, preferably in manufacturing or pharma sectors
* Experience in continuous process improvement environments
* Car owner
