Responsabilità essenziali: We are looking for an Energy Project Manager located in Barge (CN) who will be in charge, for our MT facilities, of: - coordinate identified energy efficiency projects and initiatives, from kick-off to implementation and monitoring of results, in compliance with deadlines and budget; - producing and maintaining project specifications, schedules and documentations; - scouting activities for potential external providers (services and supplies); - work with internal stakeholders to fulfill project deliverables; - support and coordinate external suppliers for the respect of milestones and objectives; - coordinate project team meetings and monitor/report on project progress; - identify business needs and market opportunities; - contribute to the identification of potential projects to reduce the energy consumptions; - engage internal and external stakeholders in Energy & Sustainability initiatives; - contribute to the Energy & Sustainability medium-long term strategy of the Value Center. Requisiti di posizione: Key requirements: - Degree in Energy Engineering or equivalent; - 2 years’ experience in the field in structured multinational or industrial companies or consultancy; - Fluent in English; - Ability to handle multiple projects and task, prioritize higher value work, handle deadline pressures, and sensitive information; - Strong team building/working attitude; - Field work and hands-on approach; - Ability to work independently and creatively; - Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills; - Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels; - Willing to travel 50% time.
