In this role you will lead Maximo-based asset management engagements, shaping technical design and solution delivery for enterprise clients. You’ll guide cross‑functional teams, own technical architectures, and translate business needs into functional specs. Develop detailed technical designs and implementation strategies for asset management using IBM Maximo Lead all technical aspects of solution development and integration, ensuring quality Review technical work products to maintain delivery excellence Contribute to all SDLC phases from specifications to testing and debugging Communicate technical architecture clearly to stakeholders Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional specs Facilitate client‑facing discovery and design workshops Provide expertise in Maximo workflows and application functionality Configure and customize Maximo modules (Work Order, Asset, Inventory, Contracts) Coordinate with teams to ensure Maximo integration with other systems Lead large, complex projects and enforce best practices Provide training, support, and documentation to end‑users; assist with UAT Collaborate with PMs and architects to estimate effort and define timelines Troubleshoot, support performance, and manage ongoing enhancements Stay updated with Maximo enhancements and industry trends Responsabilità

12+ years of Maximo Functional Leader experience with IBM Maximo EAM or Maximo Application Suite 12+ years in delivering project‑level documentation (briefs, reports) 8+ years in project management Experience with Maximo Automation Scripting Knowledge of Maximo Asset Management modules (Work Order, Asset, Inventory, Contracts) Strong problem‑solving and complex issue analysis Excellent written and verbal communication; cross‑functional collaboration Experience leading and managing complex teams; client relationship building up to C‑suite Ability to work in an Agile environment Maximo certifications (e.g., IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management) Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Requisiti fondamentali
