We build AI voice agents that make healthcare practices available 24/7, across Italy and Spain. Founded by an ex-Amazon manager and an ETH Zurich software engineer, we focus on production-grade AI systems. The product is live, handling thousands of real patient calls, and scaling to new customers every week. We are looking for a Founding Go-to-Market to take real ownership of our commercial engine and revenue streams. You’ll work at the intersection of sales, growth, and applied AI, designing and scaling how HelloSmile acquires, qualifies, and converts customers. You’ll help decide how GTM works, not just execute tasks. You’re excited by early-stage startups, where revenue, pipeline, and feedback loops are still being invented. This role can fit different seniority levels (junior to mid-level). Prospecting & pipeline generation: designing and executing outbound and inbound strategies (doctors, clinics, medical centers), across multiple channels. Opportunity management: owning a live package of qualified opportunities, moving them from first contact to trial to paid conversion. GTM systems: defining funnels, lead scoring, CRM workflows, follow-ups, experiments, and conversion playbooks. AI agents for go-to-market: designing and iterating AI agents used for lead qualification, follow-ups, booking demos, reminders, and reactivation - turning GTM into a scalable, semi-automated system. Previous experience in early-stage startups or taking a product from zero to first revenue Hands-on experience with CRMs, automation tools, or no-code/low-code stacks Culture: Barcelona, Milan or Remote.
