Ph3Overview /h3pThe THV senior analyst is a key staff member of the THV team and is responsible for a number of operational and business related tasks to competently support the field and the field management teams. Adequate therapy and clinical knowledge enabling market analysis and the ability to provide proficient advice to support sales strategies are essential. Therapy and market knowledge are required to proficiently collect and manage competition data, analyze THV key tenders, support pricing strategy and support business reviews preparation. /ph3How you will make an impact /h3pbHow you will make an impact: /b /pulliAssess sales achievement and other key metrics and case outcomes by integrating quantitative and qualitative data from a variety of sources to perform complex analyses. Interpret analyses, draw conclusions, and prepare and facilitate presentations on findings and trends (e.g., sales growth, market trends) to sales management and internal stakeholders. /liliAnalyze variables and develop models on different strategic deliverables which may include the annual management process cycle. /liliGenerate standardized reports on sales information to track attainment of growth objectives, e.g., sales results, historical growth, market growth trends, budget variance, sales exceptions and product use. /liliInterview and survey the sales team to investigate and identify best practices and business trends to provide guidance for strategic decisions. /liliMaintain up-to-date and accurate sales results and other key metrics in applicable reporting systems. Monitor data integrity on sales dashboards and provide user support to the field for sales tools. /liliIdentify opportunities for innovations in sales tools, present recommendations, and develop specifications for approved tools. /liliContribute to the development of strategic and tactical input into customer agreements/contracts (e.g., pricing, consignments, new technology introductions, increasing par levels), and interact with customers to address contractual concerns. /liliRespond to inquiries and requests from the field sales team; provide basic user training. /liliOther incidental duties as requested by Leadership. /li /ulh3What you will need (Required) /h3pBachelor's Degree in related field of study and 5 years of previous analytical experience including, spreadsheets, database management systems, and word processing. /ph3What else we look for (Preferred) /h3pbPreferred: /b /pulliProven expertise in MS Office Suite including PowerPoint /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills /liliAbility to quantify abstract conceptual data into concrete analysis /liliExcellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills /liliGood knowledge and understanding of analytics and sales strategies /liliGood knowledge of business acumen /liliGood understanding of relational databases /liliStrict attention to detail /liliAbility to interact professionally with all organizational levels /liliAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment /liliWork is performed independently on sections of projects and/or lines of work and reviewed for accuracy and soundness /liliAdhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control /li /ulh3What is it like to work at Edwards Lifesciences in Italy? /h3pAs a global leader in patient-focused medical innovations, we offer rewarding opportunities and exciting challenges in a truly international, dynamic and friendly work environment. /ppWe are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment where all employees can grow, personally and professionally.
