There is a role for everyone who wants to be part of the innovative solutions at bNatus Neuro /b. /p h3Job Summary /h3 pTest Engineer is responsible for compiling test plans, writing and executing test protocols, supporting field service engineers, and updating IFUs of medical systems used in Neurology. The role covers all phases of the product lifecycle, for both new product introductions and maintenance of existing products. /p h3In this job, you will /h3 ul liStay up‑to‑date and follow all Quality System procedures related to this job, which can affect the quality of products or services provided to our customers. /li liCompile Test Plan. /li liWrite and execute test protocols. /li liCompile IFUs. /li liQualify IT components used on system configuration. /li liApply ISO 13485, US FDA Quality System Regulations (21 CFR 820), EU MDR and relevant international standards to the test engineering group. /li liParticipate in developing design controls procedures for application to legacy products and new product development. /li liIdentify and maintain traceability between product requirements and verification/validation. /li liParticipate in quality improvement, complaints investigation, change control, and safety assessment processes. /li liTravel: up to 25% domestic or international travel. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science; Master’s degree is an asset. /li liMinimum 4 years of test engineering relevant experience and/or training. /li li4+ years of experience in the medical device industry working with applicable quality and safety standards and regulations. /li liDemonstrated ability to deal with a fast‑paced environment, high levels of ambiguity, multiple concurrent projects, and conflicting assignments. /li liExperience with project management is a plus. /li liEEG and EMG medical device knowledge is a plus. /li /ul h3Compensation and Benefits /h3 pAlong with a competitive salary and bonus structure, we offer a comprehensive benefits package per our Collective Contract, which includes PTO, personal days, and health benefits.
