Collaborate with the team to develop, maintain, enhance, and extend product features.Contribute to triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving software issues in partnership with Customer Support, development teams, and Product Management.Take initiative and become an active contributor to the team's goals.Continuously learn and stay up‐to‐date with evolving software engineering and AI‐driven technologies.
You Have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Strong judgment and problem‐solving abilities.Analytical and debugging skills, with attention to detail.Fluency in Italian and good command of English.
It's Even Better If You Have:
Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Angular, React.Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.Understanding of API design and REST principles.Experience with unit testing.Basic familiarity with AI/ML technologies such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure AI Services, AWS AI), Prompt engineering concepts, AI‐assisted coding tools.Interest in Generative AI and Agentic AI systems.
