PpDescrizione dell’offerta di lavoro /p h3Overview /h3 pWe are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our HR Payroll Administration Team based in Milan. /p h3How you make the difference /h3 pThis position is important for Bolton as you will support the team to ensure the proper administrative management of employees. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManaging all aspects related to personnel administration and employment relationships within the company, in compliance with current legislation and internal company policies. /li liHandling employment contracts (hiring, extensions, transfers, business trips, terminations, etc.) and monitoring related deadlines. /li liKeeping constantly updated on labor law regulations and the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL). /li liManaging communications and acting as a point of contact with public institutions and external labor consultants for all administrative requirements. /li /ulTeam pYour team: You’ll directly report to our Payroll Coordinator. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liAt least 2–3 years of experience in personnel administration. /li liSolid knowledge of HR administration processes. /li liStrong understanding of labor cost components and structure. /li liExcellent command of Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite. /li liStrong analytical mindset, accuracy, proactivity, teamwork attitude, and problem solving abilities. /li liKnowledge of the ADP system is considered a plus. /li /ul h3What’s in for you /h3 ul liContract type: Permanent. /li liWorking Hours: Full Time. /li liRemote Working: Standard business hours with remote working options available. /li /ul h3About Bolton /h3 pBolton is an Italian family‑owned fast‑moving consumer goods company with 10,500 people located across 60 offices, 17 production facilities, 10 RD laboratories, and 14 fishing vessels worldwide.
